The App generates AI-driven intimacy challenges based on your preferences. While we strive to ensure the content is respectful and consensual, you acknowledge:

- All challenges are fictional suggestions, not commands

- Consent is required before attempting any activity

- You are responsible for your own and your partner’s physical and emotional safety

- You may skip or reject any challenge at any time

If you find a challenge inappropriate or harmful, please report it to us immediately.

5. Coins and Reward System

The App includes a virtual coin system. Coins:

- Are earned by completing challenges

- Can be redeemed for custom, partner-defined “gifts”

- Have no real-world monetary value

- Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed out

We reserve the right to modify or remove the coin system at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within the App (except user-generated environments or gift descriptions) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them outside the scope of this App without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- You violate these Terms

- You misuse the App or behave inappropriately

- We receive a valid legal request to remove your account

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

- That challenges will always match your expectations

- That content will always be appropriate or free of offense

Use the App at your own discretion and risk.

- Emotional or physical harm resulting from use of the App

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
